- Registration, make, model, year and colour.
- Current mileage with the date recorded.
- MOT and road tax dates.
- Your current insurance record.
Maintenance history
- Service dates, mileage and work completed.
- Repairs, tyres, batteries and other replacement parts.
- Receipts, photographs and notes.
- Advisories or jobs to revisit.
Keep it current
Add information when the work happens. A short, current record is more useful than a perfect system that is difficult to maintain.
