One Looma Ltd is the data controller of your personal data and complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
We collect information that helps you see, understand and use your driving, insurance and vehicle profile.
This can include identity and contact details, account information, communications, technical usage data, and data retrieved from trusted third parties with your authorisation.
2. How Looma uses your data
We use your data to provide Looma services, build your dashboard, retrieve third-party data with consent, calculate insights, detect anomalies, improve accuracy, and power Looma Agent.
3. Consent and DSAR retrieval
With your explicit authorisation, Looma may retrieve information from insurers, brokers, credit reference agencies, DVLA and MIB. We never access these sources without your permission.
5. Security
We use safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, identity verification and two-factor authentication.
6. Your rights
You have rights over your data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and marketing opt-out.

8. Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as useful and legally required, generally up to seven years. If you delete your account, we delete your data.
