These terms explain the boundaries of the service, including Looma Agent, third-party services, your account, and how we handle changes over time.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service apply when you use Looma’s website, app and services. By using Looma, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use Looma
You must be able to enter into a legal agreement and provide accurate information when using Looma. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
3. What Looma does
Looma helps users access, organise and understand insurance-related data. Looma may provide insights, alerts and contextual information to help you make better insurance decisions.
4. Looma Agent
Looma Agent is designed to act as an intelligent assistant. It may monitor information, surface signals and help you understand your insurance position. Unless explicitly stated, Looma does not make binding decisions or execute insurance changes without your authorisation.
5. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining access to your account. You should tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Costs and payments
Where paid features are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be shown clearly before you purchase or subscribe.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Looma is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-provided information or third-party decisions outside our control.

Looma may connect with third-party services, insurers, data providers, analytics providers or infrastructure partners where necessary to provide the service.
12. Ending the relationship
You may stop using Looma at any time. We may suspend or end access where the service is misused or where required for security, legal or operational reasons.

We may update these terms as Looma develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
