Questions about Looma?
How Looma keeps car records, dates and documents organised in one place.
What is Looma?
Looma is a digital garage for keeping cars, important dates, documents and maintenance records organised in one place.
What can I keep in Looma?
You can keep vehicle details, mileage, MOT and road tax dates, your own insurance records, service history, repair notes and useful documents for each car.
Can I add more than one car?
Yes. Each car has its own record so the dates, documents and history stay attached to the right vehicle.
Where do vehicle details come from?
Some details are provided by you and some features may retrieve information from official or third-party sources where the relevant access and permissions are available. Looma identifies the source in the app where useful.
Are Looma records a replacement for official checks?
No. Looma helps you organise information, but you should confirm legal status, deadlines and requirements with the relevant authority or provider.
Can I store service and repair history?
Yes. Add dates, mileage, notes and documents for servicing, repairs, tyres and other work to build a useful history for each car.
How does Looma use my data?
Looma uses personal data to provide and secure the garage features you request, support your account and improve the service. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Is Looma free to use?
The current consumer app is free to use. If paid features are introduced, their cost and terms will be shown before you purchase or subscribe.
Where can I read the service terms?
Read our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Regulatory Disclaimer, or contact privacy@go-looma.com.
